I was born in 1986 in Istanbul. In 2002 I graduated secondary school where I learned German and Arabic. I got my high school diploma in 2005. I got my degree as a Geophysics Engineer from the University of Sakarya in 2010.
Well, how did I get interested in photography? As an 18 year old I had a friend who was the assistant of a proficient fashion photographer. He intensified my inspiration and showed me new visions about photography. Another friend of mine called Mr. Technical got my attention to the mathematical details in photography. They definitely fired up my first light. Then, I took my first D-SLR camera and started taking thousands of photographs. In the following months I had taken my first commercial job offer for architectural photography.
I attended a photography certificate program for about one year. There I learned other technical information and composition details I needed. All this helped to broaden my imagination.
Another story behind is I met my first camera at the age of 6. I spent many rolls of film and time on it. One day I found myself watching a sunset yellow on the wall by the end of summer. God had shown me a way to fall in love with the emotions of colors. Nowadays I’m working commercially with companies and magazines. Meanwhile I’m trying to create art projects.
Here where words end, only one phrase to summarize me:
Less is more.
